Jay Trak — born Jaspunit Sandhu — grew up between two worlds: the graphic design sketchbooks he drew in and the beat-making software he couldn't put down. The Indo-Canadian producer first discovered music production as a teenager in Toronto, and by the time he graduated college, he was already building a name on the underground scene.
A local smash, "Griselda Blanco" by Pengz & TwoTwo, revealed his path. He then linked up with Deep Jandu of Royal Music Gang, who introduced him to Karan Aujla — and the rest is history. Rooted in hip-hop and shaped by producers like Lex Luger, Southside, and Metro Boomin, Jay Trak found his lane: bringing a global sound to Punjabi music.
